I caution anyone thinking of using Linekin Bay as a wedding venue, way overpriced and unorganized.
The location is great! The staff wonderful. The food delicious. What more could you ask for in a resort?
Our kind of family vacation. Just like girls/boys camp in the past. Rustic accommodations, wonderful food and outdoor activities. Don't come if you aren't ready for fresh air, rooms without phones to ring all day and a TV blaring to occupy your kids. Don't come if you don't like lobster and clams in the rough on the rocks off the coast of Maine and set very good meals and meal times where you have nothing to do but make a selection.. I have been going for 10 years and hope I am still going at 90.
I have loved it five stars worth for thirty years. Park your car and relax. Good food, unbeatable views, sailing and even sailing lessons, kayaking. And then the people, the staff and the guests. Over 30 years we have become friends with wonderful people. We sail together and eat together and laugh together. This is our special place.
We were married here sept 6th 2014, it was like being at summer camp with all our family members. Everything was perfect- it was laid back, fun, and so magical ❤️
We just had our wedding there with 115 guests and none of them had any issues wit their room. The staff at Linekin was so accommodating and amazing I would recommend Linekin to anyone!!!
