Mr. Jeffery Lineberger conducted a structural condition evaluation of my home, which is on pier and beams. Upon completion of his evaluation he found my house to be generally structurally adequate. He did suggest I consider performing some homeowner maintenance and offered several options to consider. Mr. Lineberger's expertise and professionalism were beyond 5 star service.
