Jeff showed up and immediately got to work. I wanted a few spots on my foundation specifically looked at and showed them to him. After 30-45 minutes checking outside and in every room and corner inside, Jeff went over the results with me. I was completely satisfied with the work of Lineberger Consulting Engineers, Inc. My call was answered promptly, it was easy to schedule an appointment and they came out the next day! Jeff and Bryce were thorough with their inspection. They were professional and personable, answering any questions I had! The following day I received a 10 page report! Jeff gave me a summary of his findings!
I'm so pleased that we called Lineberger Consulting! We received two bids from reputable foundation companies indicating we need to wrap piers around the perimeter of our foundation. Suspecting that wasn't necessary, we contacted Lineberger and had them out. Much to our delight, he confirmed that we are within tolerance and don't need to spend the money to have it leveled. That was the best money we've spent on this project so far!
