I sold my car and even after it was registered at the *** by the new owner, I was billed for using a (toll) highway without a pass, that I have never used. Even after the new owner contacted them, I got a collection notice for $35.90. The new owner had contacted them the day after purchase, registered the car in her name. She took responsibility for paying the $35.90. This company, because she had an account, was charged $6. Just got a letter for unpaid court fees from a city and state where I haven't lived in 7 years. $150 in fees tacked onto a supposed $40 balance. Luckily the city they chose let me search the case number given in the letter, or course it was bogus.

Scammers! BBB do better. This company should be out of business with all the scam letters they send! Read your reviews! They sent us an unpaid roll with a bogus license plate and pa roll account number. You should be ashamed of yourselves for giving them an A+. I will no longer trust this site for any information.
