Got a notice in the mail I owed x amount of money for a missed toll from years ago. **** I fell for it tried to pay it and there isn't even a way to pay. It's all fake. Thank god I investigated a little and saw all this plus the scam alert. My heart sank seeing the letter. They're **** good at making letters not good at collecting and truly stealing money. I can't stand people.

My daughter went to ***** in March of 2022. On the title of the car its her name then my name. The bills came in her name first, she sent them receipts of payments because they came in increments. She paid them as they came in. I even paid one for $6.12. Now Im getting billed as a co-signer of the car. They even told my daughter sometimes ppl pay but Miami-Dade still sends them as collections. She provided this company with receipts so they should have sent this case back to Miami-Dade as paid in full. Still working on this ... read more

I sold my car and even after it was registered at the *** by the new owner, I was billed for using a (toll) highway without a pass, that I have never used. Even after the new owner contacted them, I got a collection notice for $35.90. The new owner had contacted them the day after purchase, registered the car in her name. She took responsibility for paying the $35.90. This company, because she had an account, was charged $6. I am billed for a **************** account which is not my TAG or my Vehicle in the report. After several months of fighting this with DelDot they finally sent me a letter saying they made a mistake . A week later I get a COLLECTION NOTICE from LGBS , with no way to communicate with them to show written proof this is not by bill, not my account and will not be paid by me or my corporation.
