I have lived at Tela Verde for 8 years and since then Belinda And Valerie and Saul has been the Great. The former management company was bad. The office has worked with me with paying rent the work orders have been done fast. We had problems with roaches but Belinda and her team took care of it. Atomic pest control is great. The price for these apartments are good. I saw some of the reviews for Tela Verde it sounds like people who left were not on good terms. I would recommend my community.
This place is a FRAUD! $275 Application and no APPROVAL AND NO ANSWER EITHER ON WHY..JUST..Keep looking some place else!!!
I've only been here for a month but I love it so far. Maintenance is really quick. Property managers are excellent. You can't beat the location.
I have not had a good experience living here. The apartments are not soundproofed properly, so you get constant street noise from Roosevelt. Furthermore, management has not fixed a number of ongoing issues. The gym A/C has been broken for several weeks and is still not fixed, and the garage doors have been broken and left open for weeks, allowing anyone from outside to walk in. In the past, there were ongoing issues with the elevators breaking. And now management is changing and we were given less than a week's notice.
I applied online and now I had to cancel the application and they are impossible to reach and the website is down. They took out 275 of "rent" and I am unsure how or if that comes back. Just I have no clue who to contact anymore.
