I have not had a good experience living here. The apartments are not soundproofed properly, so you get constant street noise from Roosevelt. Furthermore, management has not fixed a number of ongoing issues. The gym A/C has been broken for several weeks and is still not fixed, and the garage doors have been broken and left open for weeks, allowing anyone from outside to walk in. In the past, there were ongoing issues with the elevators breaking. And now management is changing and we were given less than a week's notice.
I applied online and now I had to cancel the application and they are impossible to reach and the website is down. They took out 275 of "rent" and I am unsure how or if that comes back. Just I have no clue who to contact anymore.
Have lived here for a handful of months and so far it has been an amazing experience. The property managers are so amazing. They make sure every issue is resolved and everyone is on the same page. The property itself is always so clean and smells nice. The gym is very well kept and the parking garage is as well. We put in a maintenance order late night, it was fixed the next morning. I couldn’t recommend enough people to move to the linear. Such an amazing experience!
