Rick is a very professional Broker of Record. He follows through until the end and is not some typical agent or broker that only does things, "Just for the money." He nurtures the client until the end and never sugarcoats anything. He's a real straight shooter with over 30 years of hard and comprehensive listing and selling broker skills. He listens and just does! He's all about the client's needs. Zero ego.
I started looking for apartments in the spring and came across a house owned by Lineage. From the start, Vicky Tran has been absolutely incredible—very responsive, informative, and always quick to answer any questions. The house itself is lovely, and the staff are highly responsive. I submitted a maintenance request, and within 10 minutes it was resolved. I am very impressed with Lineage and their team.
Lineage itself is great and quickly resolved any problems that were on site. However be weary of shared homes as the others in the home are not communicative and not clean. Previous place I occupied was disgusting and I was pretty much the only tenant that cleaned. It was difficult to call that place home because of the filthy state it is in. Again, that's not on Lineage's team but a fair warning for certain properties listed.
Vicki was the best person to deal with. Any small thing we needed she had Jackson and team over to fix it immediately. Not only that, they were so kind to us and flexible with our needs. Our apartment was my favorite place I've lived and the lineage team made it a breeze to deal with. Please consider any apartment you apply to in good hands with this group!
