Really bad customer service
Worse PM servicer. The landlord keeps turning the heat off and after several complaints they still have taken no action.
Management company is extremely hard to get in contact with! I’ve left dozens of voicemails and never receive calls back! The past few months they’ve been over charging me rent (yes, during a pandemic). Tried t resolve but they never return my calls.
