I’ve never seen a worse place than this; if you have the option to decline, it’s better not to go. We end up waiting 8–10 hours with no one telling us anything. And then they reschedule appointments because there’s no freight. It’s a nightmare.
Tatted guy in shipping office was very personable. Dock workers were polite too. Was a work in but took less than 2hrs to be loaded and on my way.
Good Place to go, plenty of overnight parking.
Phone call is important for them, I’m waiting at the window front of them for check out, they takes 40min for check out, in this time period they takes 2 long phone calls
