This place is a joke. My GPS put me at the Naval inspection, I tried to leave but the line was long to go through. I called the broker and told them what happened, they gave me the shipping number. I called and told them the same thing. The lady directed me how to get to their facility. I got there late and was charged $325.00. While waiting to get loaded my reefer alternator belt snapped so I couldn't get loaded. I asked for refund for my money I was told, no refund. As most of them they will try to push one or two pallets into your truck without paying extra and when you are overweight you are the first always and will give you a hard time to remove weigh I’m waiting since yesterday to be removed a pellet
