Ted absolutely exceeded my expectations in every way. He guided me through the whole process from start to finish and helped me pick out exactly what products I needed and made sure I understood everything about how the system and mobile app worked when he finished the job. Great system, the worst service I have ever had. Will not return calls. Called 4 times no response. To have all 5 star rating ????
I bought cameras a year ago with intentions of installing them myself. As time went on I just couldn't get to it. I had planned in my head how to install them. I found out about Line 6 through a co-worker who was very pleased with Ted's work. Ted came out installed the cameras and did a way better job than I had planned out in my head. I was more than pleased, I was very impressed with Ted's work and his attitude.
Ted did an amazing job installing our cameras and explaining the system to us. He arrived on time for the appointment and answered all of our questions. He exceeded our expectations in hiding wires and educating us on best locations for our cameras. He is an absolute expert in what he does! I highly recommend him!
