I do not recall working with a better company. They (Adam) actually care that I not only buy the right product, but that it works perfectly. I highly recommend buying from them.
I ordered online an order with a quantity of 2 for the exact same item. When I received them there was only one not two that I paid for. I emailed them and was told that the weight on the USPS label shows it was 2. I emailed them explaining that it was wrong and I promised it was only one in the package.
