I’ve been living in the apartment for over 2 years now. I really recommend it. All, Anita, Sydney and Pedro are the best staff we could ask for.
Moving to Line28 has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, Sydney and Anita at the front office have been so kind and welcoming. It feels like seeing family every morning when I walk in. Pedro in maintenance is another reason this place stands out. He’s such a great guy and always makes sure everything is clean, taken care of, and running smoothly. It really shows how much pride he takes in keeping the building at its best. The maintenance team is really good and the apartment itself is good! My biggest gripe is communication with the leasing office. I've told them multiple times that I was uncomfortable parking in a specific spot, and somehow they're always '100% at capacity' and don't have a system for knowing which parking spots are available. The '100% at capacity' claim doesn't make sense because after they said that, they were able to instantly give me my previous parking spot (which I had removed from my lease and hadn't used for a while... read more
