Pedro in maintenance has been consistently reliable every time I’ve needed help. You can tell he actually cares about keeping things in good shape for the residents - it makes a big difference knowing you can count on him!
I moved into Line28 at LoHi Apartments today. When I got my keys last week and then went up to the my floor, I noticed an odor. I did not smell the odor when I originally toured the apartment, but even today when the movers came, without saying anything, the first thing they said was how strong the smell was in the hallway. The smell is not present on other floors though. While moving around furniture during move-in, I found cannabis and cigarette butts in and around the apartment. I’ve been living in the apartment for over 2 years now. I really recommend it. All, Anita, Sydney and Pedro are the best staff we could ask for.
Moving to Line28 has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, Sydney and Anita at the front office have been so kind and welcoming. It feels like seeing family every morning when I walk in. Pedro in maintenance is another reason this place stands out. He’s such a great guy and always makes sure everything is clean, taken care of, and running smoothly. It really shows how much pride he takes in keeping the building at its best.
