I am a contractor that services this community. The staff here are always super friendly and organized making it so much easier for me to do my job efficiently.
The maintenance service by Pedro is amazing. My maintenance request was responded to same-day and resolved quickly. Pedro is so kind and it’s clear he truly cares about the residents here. I’ve had a great experience living here. The manager, Anita, and Sydne at the front desk are both awesome and super helpful. Great location surrounded by lots of restaurants.
You can't beat the location, close to everything you could want and within walking distance to so many awesome bars and restaurants. The front office staff members are super nice and always helpful and maintenance is amazingly fast (seriously everywhere I've lived it takes a while for issues to be fixed but it's so speedy here, and always with a smile!).
Wonderful staff that is extremely and tends to your every need. Line 28 building is extremely nice and well kept. The room is very spacious and has everything you would need for an apartment. The surrounding area has many spots to eat and enjoy some drinks on the weekends.
I've been at Line 28 since 2020, and I can honestly say it's been an amazing experience. My studio/1-bedroom is perfect—spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The building itself is clean and well-kept, thanks to the fantastic team. Anita, Pedo, Syd, and Angel are always on top of things and make sure everything runs smoothly.
