Used them once, it was great…. Came back, all they could say is “I can’t tell ya when I’ll be able to get to it”, followed by a stare. No explanation, no reason, just a blank stare. Don’t waste your time, I did.
Apparently this business does not understand how to make and schedule appointments. Two weeks prior I called and set an appointment to have a spray in bedliner applied. Prior to my appointment time, I decided I would remove all the racks (work stuff)from my truck bed to help them out. Since they do not operate on weekends, I took the day of my appointment off work. I would give these guys a 5 star rating, for installation, pleasantness and products offered, however I dropped one star only because they could use someone to answer their phone. The manager/owner kept getting interrupted by calls and other customers coming in which delayed some of the process. Otherwise, these guys did a GREAT job installing my tonneau cover and were able to get us in on our tight schedule. I wish Google had a way to give them a 4.5 rating but sadly they do not. I highly recommend them though.
Scheduled an appointment with my son. He took his truck on a Tuesday evening for Wednesday appointment. He was having tinting and bedliner applied. He was supposed to pick up his vehicle on Thursday. An employee called on Thursday and said they were too busy and would do the work on the following Monday. This is no way to run a business.
