I had a plumbing emergency after midnight which prevented me from using my tub or toilet. I reached out to emergency maintenance and George came out. The main line was blocked and he said a plumber would be out in the morning. I explained that I had an early morning doctor appointment and needed to take a shower before going. George showed me where the fitness center was if I needed to use a toilet and took me in the morning to an empty apartment to shower. He even put in a new shower liner.
