Answered the questions on rental application truthfully, they specifically ask if you ever been convicted of a crime within 7 years of application. Mine is 15 years ago and is over with. Have a great job and near perfect credit score and was denied. They used the excuse of my crime being ********************************************* victims. Makes no sense. Discrimination

This leasing company is refusing to renew my lease. They claim I can’t afford to pay my rent because I receive disability but I have never missed a months rent. I am being asked to leave by the end of the month, despite me informing them that my apartment suits the needs of my disability. I am being targeted because I refuse to have sexual relations with the manager. Can anyone please help me with handling this issue?

Lindy Property Management has been charging residents at the Crossings at Stanbridge additional charges for water and sewer in ADDITION to the regular rent. Increases to rent should be made at the time of lease renewal and not just added on top of the regular rent.

We have lived in the enclaves at packer park for less then 4 months it takes days of calling maintenance for anything to get fixed. We have had water coming into our apartment for 4 days and they are yet to get it fixed and just tell us after “finding” the issue yesterday (I had to point out that the wall was wet and the basic boards are warping) when I had to call corporate multiple times the property manager showed up. A contractor is coming today but it’s after 2:30 pm no one has arrived and they still can give us no time... read more

Issues don't get resolved properly. Lies are told and customer is left unimformed as to what's going on. Regional Manager Adam needs to resign doing a poor job handling customer issues and the legal team lawyer never investigates situation before responding. Management team at Haverford courts needs better training on how to resolve customer issues. Work here by outside contractors isn't done correctly resulting in more issues (roof leaks, wall leaks,bird infestations etc) . L&I needs to come write some citations.

RATS, ROACHES, MICE, BROKEN WINDOWS, NO SECURITY YET ADVERTISE, NO MAINTENANCE PERSON ON CALL DURING THE NIGHT, FIRE ALARM GOING OFF ALL THE TIME, ETC... DO NOT RENT FRON LINDY APTS. ACADEMIA SU.ITES ON GODFREY AVE AND SPENCER ST. ARE TERRIBLE...

After years of trash everywhere, fire alarms blaring at 3am, rude staff, now Lindy wants to stick fake fees on your account and say "well it was after this date". I hate this company so much, i'm planning to buy their crap buildings and remove all the black mold. All the broken pipes and leaking toilets are just a slap in the face for near $1000 now

DO NOT RENT from this company! They have the most unprofessional staff, with absolutely NO customer Service Skills! Their maintenance men are instructed by the owner, to leave bags of trash in front of resident doors, I've had merchandise stolen out of the garage, and after filing the complaint, was never called, the elevators and Garage doors barely ever work, and to top it all, they have the most disgusting attitudes.
