Bad service. This guy has lots of work so he doesnt mind treating small customers poorly. I had problems exchanging items I purchased there for the proper parts. I have been shopping there for 10 years but I think I get better service from Home Depot. Small town dealer does not always translate into good service. I would not consider purchasing a large item from him. If he cant even echange a wrong part, what do you think he will do for you when your $4k mower or implement no longer works?
Best service and sales of power equipment – Locally owned. Prices compare with Home Depot and Menards. Warranty work. Fair and honest. Very helpful even if you just need a small part.
