Great experience from the beginning to end! A/C died so I called for a replacement estimate and Jamie came within an hour. Found the estimate to be highly competitive (free parts and labor for 10 years, additional 3% discount for paying in cash, and 12 free filters!) Jamie said I could have the AC installed within 24 hours and he did not disappoint! Beware of Lindstrom Air Conditioning!!! When we purchased our new build house in 2021, we upgraded our AC units. It included a 10 year labor warranty from Mechanical Air on top of Carrier’s parts warranty. My fault- I forgot about the labor warranty. Based on recommendations, I signed up with Lindstrom for a maintenance plan. December 2022, we needed to replace the evaporator coil. The part was covered but Lindstrom charged me $1144 for labor.
