Dr. Ricci is very knowledgeable as well as down to earth and easy to talk to. She is kind, caring and compassionate. It’s very reassuring to know that she understands and she cares.

We called Mammoth Hospital Family Medicine clinic because our daughter cut her finger on a Saturday and we weren’t sure if it needed stitches. We never heard back from Mammoth Hospital. But we did call NIH and even though we had never been seen there before, we were told the Pediatric clinic was open and they got us in right away. It was such a relief to skip a costly to the ER. The doctors, nurses and front desk staff were amazing. We are so grateful!
