My daughter and I had a very disappointing experience at Lindsay Orthodontics in Locust Grove this morning. Prior to our visit I spoke with a representative and was told that if we arrived early, my daughter would be seen first. We arrived at 7:30am for their 8:00am opening. At 8:03 four patients were immediately called back, then another after that. Our name was not called. I do not know what kind of racist establishment these people are running, but they are very unprofessional, and unrealistic. I do not know who is running this place, but please check into the receptionist you have at the front (who have a job to greet you, but do not know how to greet you), for people to deal with before even meeting with the orthodontist. Great place and staff but he told me I would be done In the next 2 visits and now it might be 4 nurse was aggressive and acted like she didn’t care about her job
The best orthodontist. We travel an hour to see him and he is well worth the drive!
The office is very nice. Everyone is friendly and very professional.
