Hands down … the best orthodontic practice around. They really care about you and your family as a whole. The team members are very knowledgeable and communicate well. They welcome all questions and address any concerns I can not say enough good things about this team.
Wonderful place! Hannah at the front desk was very helpful. Alex was very informative and answered all of our questions during our consultation. Took her time and was very patient. Dr. Lindsey was super nice! He was also very informative and answered all of our questions. Very clean and well maintained office! Wonderful people to work with!!
My daughter and I had a very disappointing experience at Lindsay Orthodontics in Locust Grove this morning. Prior to our visit I spoke with a representative and was told that if we arrived early, my daughter would be seen first. We arrived at 7:30am for their 8:00am opening. At 8:03 four patients were immediately called back, then another after that. Our name was not called. I do not know what kind of racist establishment these people are running, but they are very unprofessional, and unrealistic. I do not know who is running this place, but please check into the receptionist you have at the front (who have a job to greet you, but do not know how to greet you), for people to deal with before even meeting with the orthodontist.
