The staff and Dr Metcalf were awesome ,done an amazing job with the extractions I needed
We love this dental practice. Everyone is so nice and helpful. When we moved here 10 years ago, some friends recommended them. We like them so much that when my sister moved here last year, we recommended them to her. She has been very happy as well.
I went here today for a new patient visit- from my last dentist office this was a huge change. They have a very inviting, homie atmosphere. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful when it came to my concerns. I had some pre-existing issues from my previous dentist that were never resolved that I didn't even know existed. I called in as a new patient with a bad tooth, I had an appointment within an hour. Everyone in the office was kind and welcoming. My appointment was close to their lunchtime, Jordan stayed with me and talked with me throughout her entire lunch. Dr Metcalf was wonderful and made me feel like I had been a patient of hers for years! She has a kind heart and makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. Great office!!!
I have been a Drs Dalton and Metcalf patient for over twenty years. I have had nothing but positive experiences. They never try to upsell any service that is not needed. The entire practice is exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend Dr Metcalf.
