Moved out of the crappy apartment, giving plenty of time to replace carpet/repair, etc, because I bought a house, before the next month started so the crappy apartment could be leased. Never heard from them. 7 months later, I have a collections on my credit report from them for $100, dropping my credit score by 41 points. NEVER heard a word about this $100 I 'owed'. Horrible company. Will never lease from them again, will never use their Realtors, never buy a property they list.

This apartment management company lacks empathy and professionalism in their email communication. My request was met with dismissive and harsh responses, with no consideration of its validity. Their cold and condescending approach made for a frustrating experience.

One of our apartment managers was banging on doors at 9pm to deliver meals…ummm 🤔 and is extremely rude to people. Very strange and disrespectful management. I don’t use any amenities because they make us so uncomfortable. I thought we paid for those things in our rent…they don’t let anyone feel welcome in the clubhouse or in our own apartments.

Regrettably, I must rate Walton Crossing and Lindsey Management a 1. Prior to relocating my belongings in July, I diligently captured photographs and meticulously completed the inspection checklist, as I consistently do. It is important to note that this is not my first experience residing in a Lindsey apartment. Throughout my tenure, I have consistently received my deposit back.
