They steady talk about a lease then they lie. Force people to live in this horrible conditions. It's sad. Keep you head up and push through it. Greed leads you to hell. Make this a lesson learned. Infestations in the wall. Just remember The Most High sees all the tables are turning they will have to live in the way they think others suppose to.
The reviews say it all. This place should be investigated. Idk how you have such a bad rating and no turn around to fix it because doing my research it has been going on for years. I’ve never been so screwed over in my life, and I’m still scared even though we paid the money that they are going to come back for us to screw us more. Please PLEASE document EVERYTHING. It still didn’t help us but we just caved and paid cause they just threatened to send us to collections with only a week of time.
By far the worst management all across the board. Less than helpful, less than empathetic, and just generally less than. It’s so unbelievably sad so many of our housing options are tied to this company.
I’m not sure out of my whole 6 years of renting with Lindsey if they previous properly managers weren’t doing their job or what but I’ve never had to do a kitchen laundry and pantry clean out til recently and was charged for not being ready because nothing was out I’ve also always given permission for things to be moved out of the way if they need to access something not sure if things weren’t done properly previous times but that’s new to me
These people provide TERRIBLE quality services, then come back after you paid your remaining balance, to collect more. Their individual locations will tell you that everything was paid off, but then they come back and tell you, oh no, they had an error and lied to you. Now pay us...
