Do not and I mean do not ever lease with Lindsay
Extremely unethical company. I signed a 12 month lease for my daughter for an apartment in Fayetteville. I enrolled in auto-pay at the beginning of the lease. This week I received an email that the final month's rent to not get paid and I was subject to $170 in late fees. I immediately paid the past due amount and emailed property manager. I spent the last day of lease cleaning my apartment. Two weeks later am being charged 60 cleaning fee, 60 carpet cleaning, 375 in damages, 60 painting . All of my security deposit used to pay that and I still owe them money. I have no idea what damages there could even be as I was never home and I owned an elderly cat that did nothing but sleep all day. I saw online that they actually had a lawsuit in 2013 for similar practices
Before renting anything with Lyndsey Management properties concerning homes or real estate, apartments, look at all reviews, even corporate office, they lie per so many reviews as I read them all.
