I saw Gabriela, the manager at Trails at Rockwell apartments throw a hanger at a man and lady holding a baby. She was recording, yelling, and threatening them by saying she was going to charge them more money. I contacted Trails at Rockwell and Lindsey management. All they did was take down the review. Negative stars. My boyfriend experienced something truly awful at a Lindsey owned apartment. On Monday human diarrhea was left on the outside staircase and ground floor of his apartment building. It took until Thursday for them to “clean it up” which consisted of them power washing the steps and leaving the rest of the diarrhea to fester on the ground floor. Shiloh apartments is amazing, but all the others I’ve visited were not. Would not recommend. Gave it two stars bc management at Shiloh is great.
I would suggest to everyone, avoid all properties that this company is over. They will not return phone calls or emails. When residents have problems with their apartment complex and community directors lying, having attitudes, being very unprofessional, adding charges on their account for no reason we should be able to receive insight or help with the Resident Relations.
