I have just moved out of one of your properties unit. I can not complain about the maintenance people they are decent. But, the office staff needs more customer training I notice that they are rude, not all but a few of them seems very un friendly. The unit I lived in is infested with bugs, the parking lot is dangerous, dog poop is everywhere no one pickup after and you have camera and can see who is doing it I step in it twice. but yet you keep deposit and charge ridiculous fees and rent. I live in Eagle Hill apartments they have roaches, they lie about fufilling maintenance request and will erase them. They bring their pets to work, wear bonnets and sleepwear on Saturday and Sundays in the office. If you catch them up on anything; they try to retailiate by asking you for information that they should have collected when you applied.
This place doesn’t deserve no stars at all honestly. Poor ass management and needs be shut down
