Our toilet has been broken since Friday morning. We submitted a work order, but they didn't contact us until Saturday night, saying we'd have to wait until Monday for a plumber. When we called back Monday, we were told that the plumber wasn't coming because his truck broke down. I had to cancel a holiday dinner because of the toilet and I've been without a fully functional toilet for days.
One of the worst to rent from stealing people money. They broke into my home my apartment almost burned down
Very poor customer service skills. Will not being using them for future use
