All the staff were well trained in Customer Service Focus and Nurse Practitioner Leonard showed she really cared about me as a patient! She took time and used her knowledge and skills to find the appropriate diagnosis and treatment plan! I would have given NP Leonard 10+ if the rating had been available!

Fast check in and minor waiting time, We had been to our Doctor for a 6 mo. Check up and after both the NP and the intern did not find anything wrong we made a appointment with the ENT. Lindsey took time to explain what was needed and was very helpful and gentle with my wife. She took care of the problem and gave her a prescription to help with it. We made a 6 month follow up appointment. Thanks
