I recently had my first claim filing with MOFB for some hail damage to my vehicle, and let me just say that I am BEYOND IMPRESSED! I filed the claim on Wednesday, spoke to an adjuster on Thursday, got it into a body shop on Friday for a quote and pictures, and we sent the adjuster all the information on Monday morning. Lindsey has saved my family tons of money and she is so helpful ALL the time! In addition, my car recently broke down. I called Lindsey in a panic and she gave me the emergency number to call. They sent someone out within 30-45 minutes. They also sent me a text on who was coming, their license # and contact info. The tow company showed up on time, towed it, and no problems.
