Whomever answers the phone for your office should seriously consider a new career. They were very rude an condescending to the point that I had records transfered to a different surgeon. When your loved one is dealing with a serious neck fracture that is not a time when someone wants to deal with rude disrespecful people who talk down to you rather than assist you with the scheduling process.
