I set up an appointment for my son to be seen by this doctor. I arrived in the building 10 minutes after my appointment which I already felt bad for arriving late. But the receptionist were busy and didn’t see till after the 15 min grace period I had. When they call the clinical staff they said they couldn’t see me. I tried to change an appointment to an open and available earlier time so my son and I could be on time for Rosh Hashanah services and they said I would have to pay 50 dollars to do it. I asked to speak to a superior and was put on hold, It has been 33 minutes of hold, the hold music has stopped and I think they are just going to ignore me. UPDATE: I called back and the supervisor said she would call me - and she never did. At the very least they should change the written policy to make it more accurate - not just a 50 dolla... read more

Great experience. Personable, professional and I did not feel rushed at all. She took her time with me and explained what needed to be done. Asked me several times if I had any questions and took time to explain and make sure I understood next steps and alternative paths. Great experience and feel I have found my long term doctor. Would recommend her to anyone!
