I set up an appointment for my son to be seen by this doctor. I arrived in the building 10 minutes after my appointment which I already felt bad for arriving late. But the receptionist were busy and didn’t see till after the 15 min grace period I had. When they call the clinical staff they said they couldn’t see me. I am frustrated because I made it in the building before the 15 min grace period I drive a hour and 1/2 for my son not to be seen and I want to cry out of anger. I tried to change an appointment to an open and available earlier time so my son and I could be on time for Rosh Hashanah services and they said I would have to pay 50 dollars to do it. I asked to speak to a superior and was put on hold, It has been 33 minutes of hold, the hold music has stopped and I think they are just going to ignore me. UPDATE: I called back and the supervisor said she would call me - and she never did. At the very least they should change the written policy to make it more accurate - not just a 50 dolla... read more
