Great experience. Personable, professional and I did not feel rushed at all. She took her time with me and explained what needed to be done. Asked me several times if I had any questions and took time to explain and make sure I understood next steps and alternative paths. Great experience and feel I have found my long term doctor. Would recommend her to anyone!

Really debated about reviewing this publicly as I would always like to give back my feedback to Northshore directly but either the offer for feedback expired or I was not sent one. She may be an expert in her field but she is very cold, gives no sympathy, and very monotone when delivering difficult news. Made appointment with Dr.Fraser for an allergic reaction concern. Due to a heavy rainstorm and morning traffic, I missed the “late grace period” by 1 minute. Upon arrival, staff informed me that doctor marked me as a no show “just seconds ago”. Staff asked if Dr.Fraser could still see me due to the weather conditions but I was turned away.
