We’ve seen Dr. Young twice now, and both times she has been kind, thorough, and incredibly responsive. Most recently, we came to her after my child had been through multiple ear infections, several rounds of antibiotics (including Rocephin), and a frustrating experience with another large ENT group where I felt like just another number on the schedule. Dr. Young brings a solid background of best practices along with incredible comfort with her compassionate bedside table manners, and she listens and tries to truly understand the issues her patients are experiencing. I cannot recommend Dr. Young highly enough! She made my dad feel welcome and well-cared for. She took the time to thoroughly explain his diagnosis and treatment that was easy for him to understand. If you're looking for an ENT with a warm, patient-centered approach, look no further than Dr. Young. She's the best!
