My tetanus vaccine needed renewal over a year ago. I work with wire fencing for our domestic fowl and get scratched on the sharp wire edges sometimes. I’d tried getting the tetanus vaccine at Walmarts and our Doctors office at Bon Secours Primary Care during this time but for some reason was unable to get the shot until this week. Tetanus has a fast onset and can be fatal. Why is it made to be so difficult to get the shot?
