Ordered 3 sets of Hunter Douglas wood vertical blinds. They came and measured, installed them 4 weeks later, and they were warped. Installer did not like the look and insisted on a replacement. Replacement set came and it also did not hang straight. Installer took pictures and the store called and set up an appointment for my wife to pick out another type of material. What a wonderful experience working with Lindsey Blinds! Not only did they actually show up for the appointment to measure and discuss options for blinds, they actually listened to my wants and needs, and quickly provided estimates for options. Within 3 weeks, I had my blinds. The blinds are beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. Everything about Lindsey Blinds was professional, considerate, and friendly. It is obvious they care about their customers.
Totally professional. Extremely knowledgeable. Gave me great advice and suggestions as to what size, placement, color and details I should order. Their prices were competitive. They were honest and delivered everything on time and accomplished the installation in record time! I can't say enough positive things about them and will recommend them to everybody!
