Not good I went to her because someone said she was not a pill pusher but when she found out I didn't like to take pharm. drugs she really didn't want anything to do with me, I won't be going back.
Care, professionalism, courtesy, and thoroughness.
She provides great care and listens to what you want to work on. She helps recommend next steps for better health and is always cheerful and helpful. Staff is very kind and helpful as well. I would recommend Dr. Battjes for anyone in the area looking a doctor that will advocate for your health.
Carol is very direct, no nonsense but fun and easy going. I trust her advice implicitly.
Dr. Doug Dean Doctor was my family doctor for several years, never followed through with referrals to specialists, prescribed anxiety and depression medication when he was the one causing grief in our family. Dr. Doctor takes advantage of the staff that works under him, I would not trust him with any of your family members. There is a reason he does not work for Saint Joseph Health Systems any longer.
