I went here in high school, I just got sent a court date due to them not communicating with me about a charge I’ve had. I called and they told me I didn’t have insurance at the time of visit. This was due to the fact the receptionist and billing lady both put my stuff in wrong and didn’t think to tell me for five years. My experience today at Urgent Care was horrible. A long wait to have the Nurse/Clinician talk to me like I was a bad person. His attitude showed at the very first encounter. The female counterparts were friendly and decent. I left angry and without being treated. Definitely my last visit to that place . Tony needs to learn not all patients worship the medical field and it's workers. Needs to deflate his ego

Staff is caring and competent. They talk directly with my kids when they are the patients. When there isn’t an opening at the clinic, urgent care is always an option. The building is clean, the staff are friendly, and my medical needs are always met.
