My experience today at Urgent Care was horrible. A long wait to have the Nurse/Clinician talk to me like I was a bad person. His attitude showed at the very first encounter. The female counterparts were friendly and decent. I left angry and without being treated. Definitely my last visit to that place . Tony needs to learn not all patients worship the medical field and it's workers. Needs to deflate his ego

Staff is caring and competent. They talk directly with my kids when they are the patients. When there isn’t an opening at the clinic, urgent care is always an option. The building is clean, the staff are friendly, and my medical needs are always met.

Dont go to urgent care, Went for headache and chest tightness, didnt want to to waste the ERs resources, Took around 25 mins to see a doctor, told her my symptoms was told "you look like someone who has allergies, not someone who has covid normally covid cases look a lot more drained, I've been doing this for so long I can just kinda tell" she decided to have me tested for covid or strep anyway, triage nurse dropped the unopened swab in the trash and decided to open it and use it anyways, Turns out I have covid, just go to S... read more
