I ordered over $250 worth of flowers for my mother's 92nd birthday. Three bouquets one from each of her grandchildren and a rose cube from my husband and myself. I asked that all the flowers coordinate so that they would look nice together. They delivered all white flowers. Since the rose cube was more modern I asked that the bouquets coordinate. I did not ask for any tpye or color. Why would someone think it's a good idea to send all white flowers to 92-year-old woman. it look like a funeral!

Very very unhappy. Ordered florals for a family members birthday on a Wednesday. On Friday, saw the flowers in person and was shocked. They were half dead, and absolutely nothing like the photos listed. Looked like a $10 bouquet, maybe worse, and that’s just absurd for paying $100. Don’t waste your time and money!! Go elsewhere.

I recently ordered Mother’s Day flowers and was very disappointed with the arrangement. Within less than 12 hours of my posting a negative review, a manager reached out to me and offered a very generous resolution to the problem. By the following day a new flower arrangement was delivered which was more in line with the cost. I greatly appreciate the response and importance of my business.

How can this florist still be in business? I received flowers on Monday from my son and 2 days later, they are dead. The arrangement was poorly put together with cheap, browning, flowers. One flower was actually broken and hanging off the arrangement. I'm also certain my son spent a lot of money on this disgraceful arrangement. This is not my first complaint against this florist. Shame on you Lindsay Village Florist. You are an embarrassment to the floral industry.

HIGHLY recommend. Village Florist always has the best arrangements, delivers it right to your door, and is great in a pinch. Been buying flowers from them for a few years now. Made the switch from the flowers-in-a-box companies to local businesses and I'll never get flowers in a box again! Thank you Village Florist!!
