Have been a patient here for years, but the whole place has just gone downhill recently. I see Dr Zoe Copper, who is wonderful, this isn't a reflection on her at all. Most of the office staff are nice as well, except one man who gave me a ton of attitude over the phone. The issue with the practice is their unreasonable policies. My dr was away, and the other doctors were all very inconsiderate of me when i needed a script for my long term medication. Both Dr. Thwe and Dr. Zoe are extremely friendly and approachable. The Medical Centre never wastes your time and I was able to see both doctors on time. Front desk staff are also delightful.
