I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Ackerman and her entire office staff. Dr. Ackerman was very welcoming and listened to any concerns I had. The examination was thorough and she explained what she was observing throughout the exam. She made me feel comfortable and as someone who likes information from my physicians she was terrific. Both the front office and professional staff are helpful and focused on you as the patient. I highly recommend Dr. Ackerman if you're looking for an outstanding dermatologist
Dr. Ackerman is very professional, at the same time is takes time to explain what she is doing an answer questions. She makes me feel comfortable during full body exams....she is also kind and compassionate and always has a warm and genuine smile. I recommend her to all my friends and give her a 5 plus rating.
Love this office. I believe this is the best run Dr Office I have ever visited. I have been to many. Did I also mention what awesome Doctors Ackerman and Kessler are. There staff is also very polite and friendly.

Excellent. I got an appointment quickly with Dr. Ackerman who treated my skin problem promptly and explained to me what I needed to be looking for in the future.
There was some initial confusion over my appointment. Dr. Ackerman made accommodations for me. This meant that the appointment was closer to an hour versus the 20 minutes I was slotted for. She has the best bedside manner. She is one of the most courteous, empathetic, professional, skilled physicians I have ever had. I highly recommend her.
