Wanted to leave a review of Lindsay. She was the audiologist who fit me with my first hearing aids, until my hearing loss progressed to getting a cochlear implant and the following 18 months. Lindsay is very responsive and helpful, often doing more than what I came in the office for. She has a heart for others and often went above and beyond to help me with some unique challenges I was facing. So grateful to have had such a wonderful experience with my first audiologist.
After I went bilateral with a Cochlear implant in my left ear by Dr. Adam Cassis, Dr. Shroyer came to the house to do the programming. Unfortunately, she had not updated her computer and did not know how to use the Cochlear program once it was updated. She spent two hours on the phone getting it updated with a Cochlear, but was never able to give me my initial mapping. She ended up taking it to the office and mailing it back to me.
