The technician thoroughly diagnosed the plumbing issue and made sure it was completely fixed. He checked the main line outside several times while running the line through the pipes under my sink and continuously tested everything by running hot water inside. He took the time to make sure his work was done right instead of rushing out the door. He was an excellent plumber, and I wish all service technicians were as thorough and professional as he was.
Making the appointment on-line was relatively simple. They showed up within the scheduled timeframe. I was pleasantly surprised with the service (based on the low ratings on-line). Andrew was timely and extremely professional! He took the time to explain what was wrong. Would definitely call The Lindsey Company again if service were needed.
Our master bathroom sink backed up due to the continuous flow from our A/C drain line — on a weekend, of course! What a mess. One simple call to Lindsay Co. Plumbing and they were at our house within two hours. They immediately knew what needed to be done, had the right tools to reach a difficult spot, and had everything cleared and working properly within 15–20 minutes. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Great communication. Great service. Great experience. Lindsay Co. Plumbing wil... read more
