The Lindsay Company provided outstanding service. The technician was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough while servicing our tankless water heater. He took the time to explain the maintenance process and gave us valuable advice on how to properly care for the unit to help extend its lifespan and maintain peak performance. Ronald did an outstanding job fixing the leak under my bathroom sink. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. The technician thoroughly diagnosed the plumbing issue and made sure it was completely fixed. He checked the main line outside several times while running the line through the pipes under my sink and continuously tested everything by running hot water inside. He took the time to make sure his work was done right instead of rushing out the door. He was an excellent plumber, and I wish all service technicians were as thorough and professional as he was.

Making the appointment on-line was relatively simple. They showed up within the scheduled timeframe. I was pleasantly surprised with the service (based on the low ratings on-line). Andrew was timely and extremely professional! He took the time to explain what was wrong. Would definitely call The Lindsey Company again if service were needed.

The company is not trustworthy at all. Home warranty selected Lindsay Co to address clog/blockage of my shower/toilet/sink. Andrew came and I advised him via phone that the shower/sink/toilet were backing up but no other issues in the house and that the clean out was to the right of the exterior door. He explained he used a 25 ft snake for the bathroom on the top floor and preferred to go through the sink replacing the p trap along the way.
