Absolute WORST nightmare in my life!!! Had to have an emergency hip repair at Shelby Baptist and had the unfortunate luck of this “Dr” being the surgeon on call. After waiting hours (I totally understand emergencies in higher need of mine being in the medical field myself), I awoke from surgery in severe pain. Lortab 7.5mg by mouth every 6 hours post op was laughable! The anesthesiologist finally came in and put a pain pump in and noted that I hadn’t used near my allocated amount when he came to remove it. TERRIBLE! After suggesting surgery on my right wrist, at the time of the surgery and with the serum in my hand and everything, almost about to enter the operating room, Lindsay entered and told me that he was not sure how to proceed for surgery and therefore he was not going to perform it. He told me that I could go to another orthopedist at UAB ... the best part was that I had to pay for the hospital, I had to pay for new XRays and the good Dr. Lindsay also sent me his bill for the "done" that day. Doctor is rude, dismissive, and totally without compassion or bedside manners. Surgery was a sloppy job as well.

Remember to grab a token from cup at receptionist desk on way out or you cant get out of parking lot. Its free but you do have to use tokens. We returned a week later for MRI results and was asked to fill out like 4 pages of questions we had filled out the week before. When receptionist gave us the paperwork, we told her we had just filled out a complete packet the prior week...she said we still had to fill out these. It was some of exact stuff from week before.
