I have been using them for ten years and have had nothing but good experiences. Kristie, the office manager, has been nothing but pleasant and responsive. Every Spring and Fall they schedule my setup and shut down, and the few times I have needed repairs (due to lawn mower damaging the heads) they were quick to fix and reasonable in price.
