This was my first experience with Lindsay Lexus of Alexandria. It was top service from the time I pulled into the service bay until I left that evening with my vehicle. Everyone one was very professional and customer service driven. I was greeted in the bay by a gentleman opening my door and escorting me to the service counter. Elegant group of salesmen and Excellent Serves
Just got new tires on my SC430. I always used Costco previously for tires but now Lindsay is doing a price match so was happy to have the superior service of my service tech Tammy Simone who was able to squeeze me in same day for tires and alignment. It was easy to get work done in the quiet room/lounge while waiting.
