I had a great experience purchasing my RX 350 F Sport on Saturday, January 4, 2020. Frank Love was my sales consultant and he was the ultimate professional, respecting my need to complete the transaction as efficiently as possible as I was going out of town for the weekend. The process from end-to-end was efficient, seamless, and very pleasant. I've already recommended the dealership and Frank to family and friends.
As always, the staff at the front desk, the greeters, and the service advisors were kind, professional, and responsive. They take great care with my car and are the only service providers I would entrust with my Lexus. I’ve now had this car for 16 years and it runs and looks fantastic. I do have one suggestion for improvement, several times when I have needed service that involves disconnecting the battery, the techs seem to forget to reprogram my car so that I can use the seat programs, etc. This is the third time I’ve had ... read more
