I pretty much hit rock bottom at the end of 2023 and finally decided to get some help. I came across Dr. Kiriakos page right after Christmas time, and became a regular patient of his in the first week of January. Writing this review, one year later, I can't recommend this man enough. After years of suffering from debilitating anxiety, I was desperately looking for some help. Traditional talk therapy did not work for me so I wanted to find a psychiatrist that specialized in anxiety. With medication and coping lessons, Dr. K has help me control this disease. He's very easy to talk to and always available when I need him. He helped to change my life around for the better.
Dr K is absolutely amazing! He's helped me tremendously over the years, as I've needed help for anxiety. I've seen several other dr's but Dr K is the best one I've met - an expert in his field but also a good human being that has the right approach when it comes to helping people and caring about his patients. I look forward to my sessions with him and feel empowered to use the tools he provides. An incredible human and doctor!
I was having some severe anxiety issues when I first started seeing Dr. Kiriakos back in 2015. In the first 3-6 months of seeing him, he helped me SO much in overcoming some of these anxieties and taught me techniques that heavily reduced others. I've been seeing Dr. K for over four years now and I can't thank him enough for all he's done. He's very kind, down to earth, funny, and easy to talk to - I highly recommend him to anyone searching for a good psychiatrist!
After seeing several Psychiatrists in the Coachella Valley area that we're not a fit, I was frustrated and started to give up hope in finding a someone to help me with my anxiety.
