Dr. Kern was professional and warm. She talked me through the procedure and was calm and gentle. I can tell she is really intelligent and skilled in her profession.
Dr. Kern listened and actually HEARD what I was saying. When the first set of tests came back normal, she didn't give up. We met, discussed options and came up with a new plan. She didn't rush through my appointment, she made me feel like my concerns were valid and not in my head. For the 1st time in YEARS I found a doctor willing to listen and really try and find the cause of my pain. It took forever to get in to see her but the wait was 100% worth it!!
Dr. Kern really spent time with me and listened to me. Cannot recommend enough.
