My husband and I went into Lindsay Honda yesterday, just to upgrade my 2011 vehicle. Didn’t know what to expect, other than assuming to have the same ol pushy sales tactics. I was pleasantly surprised, that was not the case, with Reggie. He was the nicest, and willing to help us look for what fit our family the best. I’m glad we got to do business with him. Matt Rittman was professionally rude. Acted as if he didn’t want to deal with me or my issue from the start. When I questioned the estimate that he called me to inform me of instead of coming to get me like all the other service men do when your in the wait area, he told me he would get a manager. After waiting for awhile I asked another service guy where the shop manager was. He pointed out Matt. He literally just left me waiting knowing he was the manager. Great experience yesterday with Reggie Crumer. Very easy to relate to and gave us all of our options. We were just coming for a used Civic, but he was able to show us how a brand new Civic was the smarter decision. My wife is very happy lol. We'll be back for all the service.
