Jake Ratcliff with Lindsay Honda went above and beyond for our family. He was a huge blessing to us! He was super knowledgeable about the specific car we chose and answered all of our questions. He was able to get us a great interest rate that other dealers had told us wasn't possible at this time. As an added bonus, he even helped a ton with our children. Had arranged to purchase a car from this dealership with a confirmed appointment at a specific day/time. Arrived after an hour drive to be told that they had sold the vehicle we wanted and did not have a similar one in stock. We did not receive a courtesy call telling us the car had been sold or any other advance notification (despite many, many contacts while trying to arrange for the purchase). Terrible service; just say no.
I had a great experience at Lindsay Honda. Mark Collins took the time to explain details and information that I had never been told after buying multiple new cars. He took his time, genuinely cared and got me in the car I wanted. I cannot recommend him enough!
