Purchasing department is amazing we bought a 2019 Honda odyssey exl shortly after buying we noticed it was having hard shifting issues so we took it in we bought it in January of 2022 come to find out there was a software update for the tcm in October of 2021. When they looked at the vehicle they said they couldn't recreate the problem but they knew it was hard shifting from our complaint and also they should know there is a software out for the transmission computer to fix this issue but they didn't flash it then while it w... read more
Very smooth experience: I came in, rested a bit without being pushed to a salesperson and was given a water upon request. Then when I was ready they connected me with Peter Taylor who was courteous and respectful. He showed me what I asked for and never tried to push me. When it came to price Lindsay and Peter worked to get me what I needed. All told I look forward to bringing my business back.
From walking in the door to driving away in my new vehicle was the best experience I have had buying a new car. The salesman, Dave answered all my questions and put me at ease. The loan officer, Paul was amazing, very friendly and made you feel like family. Thank you Lyndsay Honda for hiring such great people and the whole Honda experience!!
