My husband and I took our first trip to Lindsay Hinda this past Saturday so I could test drive different Hondas. Mikhail was courteous with me as I asked him questions. My previous vehicle had antiquated technology compared to what's being made now. We went back on Monday to test drive more vehicles. One vehicle I requested had to have its battery replaced. Let’s face it, car dealers are in business for a reason, but why settle for a dealer with salespeople that are pushy, fast talking, and impersonal? Lindsay Honda is not that dealer and Jake Ratcliff is not that salesman. He is friendly, personable, and patient and working with him was a first-rate experience.
