From the first visit to my second Dr Holtz took me seriously and believed me and took my symptoms seriously. She wanted to help and she diagnosed me and got to the bottom of my problem. She messages me back herself in the portal and makes me feel seen and wants to help get me better. Can't recommend enough
After 40 years of pain, no one believes me. In 2 visits Dr. Holtz. Found the problem and is treating me. Thank God for Dr. Holtz Sincerely Retired RN
Dr Holtz is wonderful. All the staff are kind and really hear what your complains are. Its a bit of a drive for me but I wouldn't go elsewhere unless they close shop.
The worst experience EVER. Their office staff is most most incompetent staff I've ever worked with. Despite having to wait forever to get an appointment, I scheduled my appointment and receive written confirmation via the mail, drove a long distance to the office on day of my appointment, just for them to inform me of THEIR mistake in putting someone else in my appointment slot. I think it's very unprofessional and I would NOT recommend this practice. Not for anyone living outside of Hanover and suffering from pain.
