Lindsay Hill, FNP-C was a compassionate provider when I arrived with a UTI. She quickly examined me, tested my urine and sent scripts to my pharmacy. I was on my way to pick them up in just a few minutes.
I was expeditiously seen, physically examined, provided a prescription along with additional advice.
Lindsay was very caring and thorough. She made sure to read what I listed as my symptoms, ask me questions, and ran all appropriate tests. I am very thankful for her and all that she did for me.
The staff was very nice. I was not pleased with the service, because I went in for a sinus infection which I have had for more years than she is old. I only go to the doctor if there is a real need and I got told to take Sudafed which; I had told them was not working. They also did a strep and flu tests, which came back negative. Thus, adding more expense for something I knew I didn't have. This is why, I have not been impressed since MedStar took over. But there is no other option for health care!
