It took one month to secure this appointment. I arrived at the address listed on your website, only to find out it was the wrong location. I was directed to the correct office across town, despite having spoken with your office three separate times prior to the appointment—including a confirmation call the day before—without anyone mentioning that the website address was incorrect. Having multiple issues, I was not quite sure how I was gonna dress these issues with Lindsay Helvey, a nurse practitioner. I felt that she was able not only to give me some good answers for each of the issues that I talked about, but she was able to schedule out an x-ray work on another issue. Next time we meet that I need some answers on. She is a very calm person and we listens well. I especially wanted to thank Lindsay for our appointment yesterday. I didn't know how wonderful she was until I was reflecting back on it. She is one of the bright lights on the dark cloud.

Lindsay Helvey is a caring and competent nurse practitioner. She has helped me care for my mother at a rough time. Only downside- Her office support staff however friendly they are have failed on many occasions to get the proper referrals done when they should, requiring many follow up calls from me and added stress to the situation to get it done.
