I was visiting Boone and booked an appointment for microneedling. I was shocked that the address was in Statesville when I received the confirmation email. The address listed on the website was in Boone. I sent multiple texts and used the website to contact business multipletimes. No response! 2 days before the appointment, I got an email canceling the appointment, and when I went to the website, the address was changed to Statesville. No personal contact or apology. Not good business strategy.
