For three years I have had difficulty getting my antidepressant, Viibryd, refilled. The pharmacy always told me they were waiting on a form from my doctor, Lindsay Davel, and the response from the office staff was, “We never received a form”, and they never followed through. I do believe United Healthcare was the root of the problem continuously demanding authorizations instead of just once a year, which was more work for my doctor and office staff.
